Today

Today is not for working.

It is for creating an outword display of ourselves, an expression of our intentions, our hopes, our dreams.

Today is for designing, for building the piece of the puzzle needed to connect the corner, attach the middle or connect the hand to the arm.

This piece is no less important than the last, no more important than the first and as vitally important as life itself.

Today is for joy and pain, freedom and imprisonment, and the liberation that comes with understanding the why of each.

It is Saturday and Tuesday, Monday and Friday. It is the understanding that included in all is always Today.

As the child discovers in a game so should we in our thoughts, our questions, the actions of today.

Today is not for anything…it is everything.
